Columbia Forest Products Trumann Mill facility has been quite busy in 2016 with many events and milestones, including:

  • 30-year-celebration

    30 Year Anniversary event.

30 Year Celebration. The Trumann facility celebrated 30 years of being part of the Columbia Forest Products portfolio of hardwood plywood and veneer mills. Columbia purchased the mill from Whittle Plywood in May of 1986 and still boasts two employees that were part of that purchase!

  • 200 Days. Truman proudly celebrated 200 consecutive days of working safely! Safety is an important goal at all Columbia facilities and Trumann is a great example of employees working successfully towards meeting and exceeding safety goals!
  • 200 Days Milestone.

    200 Days Milestone.

Beat the Heat. Trumann employees beat the summer heat by inviting in a snow cone truck to help employees cool down…what a great idea for an event for the Summer months!

  • Pink for the Cure. Pink is the color in October for Trumann employees who dressed in pink to support the Cure for Breast Cancer Awareness during the month.
  • College Colors Day. What better way to ring in the Fall but with Trumann employees celebrating College Colors Day in September?!

So, as you can see, Truman employees had a fabulous mix of events for 20616 that not including facility milestones but also events to bring employees together for some fun as well as meaningful causes! Fabulous job Trumann!!!
